Kindell Johnson is a Dead Rising survivor. He appears in the North Plaza around the time Frank is going there for Case 5-1: A Promise To Isabela, in the unannounced scoop Dressed For Action. He'll take some pot-shots at Frank with his shotgun, but get close and he will realize that Frank is human and join.
Kindell is required for the Transmissionary achievement. Otis will call about Kindell's Betrayal later.
