The Gems (Dead Rising 2) is a weapon in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Case Zero. In Case Zero the gems are only available during a side mission with Gemini Vargas.
In DR2, the only possible attack with these is to throw them at zombies in a scattering motion.
