Pros: Middle-of-the road price.

Cons: It actually has its own shopping mall, which may sound like a pro, but I've spent a good portion of my life staying out of malls, because of the addictive and destructive nature of compulsive shopping. I fear if I went into the mall, I'd end up as poor as Lance.^[2]
