Leah Stein is a Dead Rising survivor. She is found on the first day in Plaza's Riverfield Jewelers for the scoop A Mother's Lament. When Frank starts talking to her, she grabs onto him wailing for her lost baby, Grace. Frank should push her away. Talk to her and she will agree to follow Frank to safety.
Leah injured her leg and cannot walk very quickly. Frank will have to carry her to the Security Room.

- In Infinity Mode, Leah is found in the Maintenance Tunnel Warehouse, she is hostile, armed with a Golf Club and when killed, Frank finds a Squash on her corpse.
- In the security room, Leah follows Frank to another survivor room, just to thank him.
