Dana Simms is a Dead Rising unsaveable survivor. She is found on the first day in the mall in Entrance Plaza. When Frank arrives in Entrance plaza, she is crying hysterically and being comforted by Verlene Willis.
Like all survivors in the Entrance Plaza, excluding the main characters such as Frank West, she is killed when the undead breach the barricade.

- In Infinity Mode, Dana is found at Kid's Choice Clothing, she is hostile, armed with a Pickaxe and when killed, Frank finds Thawed Vegetables on her corpse.
